An opportunity has arisen for an Admissions Coordinator to support the Admissions team at Millfield School.
Millfield is one of the leading UK independent schools for boys and girls, aged 2-18 years. Millfield is not like other schools and never has been. There are nearly 1300 students at the senior school (year 9 to U6) and a further 450 students at the neighbouring Prep School. The successful candidate will join a busy and thriving Admissions team and will be one of the first points of contact with prospective parents via telephone and email enquiry. They will be able to offer detailed advice, in a positive and welcoming manner on entry requirements and procedures, the Millfield curriculum and pastoral matters etc. The successful candidate will assist with Admissions administration for entry years as requested by the Head of Senior Admissions and Admissions Manager and any other duties relating to the efficient running of the Admissions Office.
This is a permanent, 52-week role working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday plus an agreed number of Saturdays 9.30am to 1pm in term time.
